New York Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez posted a shirtless photo of himself with girlfriend Jac Cordeiro on his Instagram Stories on Thursday to celebrate his 30-pound weight-loss journey that he could not have completed without her help.
Cordeiro is a personal trainer who helped Rodriguez shed the extra pounds last year and has since continued training him. He returns this favour with love and a lot of publicity.
Jac also trains Alex’s ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, whose 2008 divorce from the MLB star did not affect their co-paretning.
“[Jac is] the only person that can come into co-parents and make us both better,” Rodriguez told Us Weekly late last year. “Cynthia has got in incredible shape following the JacFit program, [and] I’ve lost 32 pounds following her program.”

Rodriguez, shared the mirror selfie Cordeiro took during their family vacation to the Dominican Republic, his homeland.
He also posted a picture of himself driving shirtless with Cordeiro at his side, who has been there since October 2022.
Rodriguez was seen with both his daughters on several Instagram Stories while in the DR as he helps them stay in touch with their Dominican roots.
