Valencia interested in signing Everton outcast

Sandro Ramirez was hailed as a bargain buy when he joined Everton for less than 5 million GBP last summer, four  months on and he could barely get into the first team, with youngsters preferred to him. It is a situation that looks similar to Roberto Soldado’s at Tottenham, the only difference being the transfer fee paid for them.

The former Barcelona star has scored just once for the Toffees, with the formerly rejected Oumar Naisse even preferred to him now.

However, his Everton nightmare could soon be over if reports coming from Spain are to be believed.

Reports in the Spanish media is claiming that Valencia are interested in a temporary move for the attacker in the January transfer window.

Valencia  are unbeaten in the La Liga this season, and trail Barcelona by just four points and took one point off the league leaders last weekend.

Marcelino is said to be looking for backup for his first choice attacking pairing of Rodrigo and Simeone Zaza.

Ramires impressed greatly for Malaga last season, and was linked with several top European sides, but Ronald Koeman was able to convince him to join his revolution at Everton. Things have not turned out as they both expected and the Dutch man since been fired.

New Toffees manager Sam Allardyce would look at the Spaniard before deciding whether to sanction the move.
