Ten-Man Juventus Beat Monza to Move Into Serie A Top Four

Juventus climbed into the Serie A top four with a 2-0 win over struggling Monza, despite playing the second half with 10 men.

After a midweek defeat to Parma, Juve responded quickly at the Allianz Stadium. Nicolas Gonzalez opened the scoring just 11 minutes in with a stunning long-range strike. Randal Kolo Muani made it 2-0 just past the half-hour mark, slotting home his first goal since February.

Kenan Yildiz was sent off in first-half stoppage time after a VAR review showed he elbowed Alessandro Bianco, but Juve stayed in control. Gonzalez nearly added a third early in the second half, forcing a good save from Stefano Turati.

Monza had more of the ball after the red card but failed to create real chances, highlighting their struggles in front of goal. Juventus have now won seven of their last eight home league games.
