PSG star Lucas Moura is looking to dump Manchester United for Liverpool.
The Red Devils have been in discussion with PSG of signing the out-of-favour winger this month, but discussions are taking too long to conclude.
Sun Sport is reporting that Liverpool have joined the hunt for his signature and his representatives are paying attention to the Reds’ offer.
Liverpool are looking for an extra attacking midfielder this month after selling Coutinho to Barcelona, but they have not been able to get any deal done.
Jurgen Klopp is reportedly an admirer of Moura and has asked the club to try and sign him.
PSG are desperate to sell and are looking to get around £35 million from the sale of Moura.
However, Manchester United have been discussing a loan deal with an option of making it permanent after six months.
It is unclear if Liverpool would be willing to sign him permanently at that price this month, but the Reds surely do have the cash to spend.
Moura has played less than 80minutes of football this season as he remains one of the high-profile victims of the arrival of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Julian Draxler.
