Nuggets coach Michael Malone expects Nikola Jokic to return during Denver’s upcoming five-game homestand.
Jokic missed his fourth straight game Sunday due to a left ankle impingement and isn’t expected to play Monday against Chicago.
Denver also faces Milwaukee, Utah, Minnesota, and San Antonio during the homestand.
The three-time MVP is averaging 29.1 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 10.3 assists this season. With 11 games left, Malone hopes to have his full starting lineup back before the playoffs.
