Lille forward David ready for cut-price fee as Premier League teams notified

Lille forward Jonathan David might sell for a reduced fee as the January transfer window nears its end. 

David has gotten interest from some Premier League teams due to his remarkable performances for Lille. 

According to Chronicle Live, an unnamed Premier League team had recently bid £10m but was rejected. 

Teams that wish to reach a deal for David before the deadline, have approached Lille.

The French club need Jonathan’s skills on the field more than a cut-price fee, as they hope to qualify in the Champions League. 

The striker’s future is uncertain as the transfer window closes.
