Kylian Mbappe ‘would join Arsenal’ if he was to move to the Premier League

Kylian Mbappe would reportedly prefer a move to Arsenal if he were to come to the Premier League.

The Frenchman’s future is under intense speculation after he announced that he will not extend his one-year contract next season. Paris Saint-Germain have offered him the option of extending his contract at Parc des Princes, or he will get sold this summer.

His long-term admirers Real Madrid are reportedly looking at bringing him to the Bernabeu, but Los Blancos are unwilling to match PSG’s demands.

As such, it’s unlikely Mbappe will move this summer and even more unlikely he will head to the Premier League. However, he is thought to be a big admirer of Mikel Arteta and his team.

However, The Independent claim there has been no contact between the two clubs and the 24-year-old is seen to be way beyond Arsenal’s transfer budget.

But, the reports claim that Mbappe is a fan of how the Spaniard is developing his team and is intrigued by the idea of helping the club deliver a domestic title.

Arteta led Arsenal to second in the Premier League last season, pushing Manchester City in their bid to win the Gunners their first league title since 2004.
