Jurgen Klopp takes responsibility for Liverpool’s poor form

Liverpool manager defiantly says he will not walk away from his job at Anfield as his team struggles to replicate its form of recent seasons.

This has been a terrible season for a Liverpool side that almost won four trophies last season after reaching the finals of all the competitions they partook in.

The Reds struggle to win simple games even when they have beaten Manchester City, and their back-to-back losses against Leeds United and Nottingham Forest has increased the pressure on Klopp to leave.

However, the German says he is not at the club for only a good time, suggesting that he will remains at the helm until the situation changes for the better.

He said via Matchplug: ‘My job is not only being here in the moment when the sun is shining and someone gives us a trophy.

‘My job is also to be here when we are in a really rough period and I will do that, with all I have, and if possible even more — 100 per cent.

‘Everything will be judged on me now and that is absolutely fine. When people look at me, they will say he looks tired. That is normal. But I am not. I cannot give that excuse.’
