Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little is sending his game jersey to the Pro Football Hall of Fame after making NFL history last Sunday.
Little drilled a 68-yard field goal — the longest in league history — to close the first half of Jacksonville’s 30-29 win over the Raiders in Las Vegas.
The Hall of Fame asked for a memento from the record-setting kick, but Little decided to keep the ball and his cleats, opting instead to send his jersey.
“I just started wearing those cleats last week, so I’m not giving them the cleats,” Little said Wednesday. “And I wanted to keep the ball. I think the ball is special. I think that’s the coolest part about it.”
The kick surpassed the previous record of 66 yards, set by Justin Tucker of the Baltimore Ravens in 2021.
