Real Madrid would be signing a star from the Premier League at the end of this season, but who that particular player would be has been unclear till now. Los Blancos have been linked with moves for David de Gea, Thibaut Courtois, Eden Hazard and more recently, Mohamed Salah. The latter has been in fine form for Liverpool this season and he currently tops the goal scorers chart in the Premier League. Zinedine Zidane has even spoken highly of the Egyptian in the past, which has not helped to bring down the rumours that the Egyptian could become a Galactico next season. However, Sun Sport reports that Real Madrid do not see Salah as a Galactico and they have abandon plans of signing him for 0 million next summer. The reports further claim that Los Blancos have instead turned their attention towards Eden Hazard. Hazard has stalled on signing a new Chelsea deal and has just two years left on his current contract, he has, however, repeatedly spoke of his commitment to the Blues even claiming that he would remain committed should Antonio Conte be sacked. Madrid would test Chelsea’s resolve not to sell in the summer with a huge bid and hope that Hazard would try to force the move.

Pep Guardiola is set to break Manchester City’s transfer record again when the transfer window resumes next summer, and this time the Catalan is heading to Madrid. Manchester City broke their transfer record in the January transfer market to sign Aymeric Laporte from Athletic Bilbao, but the French look like he would not hold that record for long. Sun Sport is reporting that Isco is a target of the Cityzens and Pep Guardiola is prepared to pay more than million to get his man when the transfer window reopens. Per the report, Isco who has started just 18 La Liga games this season feels he would soon be of limited importance at the Bernabeu and he is ready to say yes to the Premier League champions-elect. Isco has been targetted by Manchester United and Liverpool in the past and the Reds could attempt to hijack Manchester City’s move if they get encouragement that he would truly move. The 25 years old signed a new long-term deal at the Bernabeu last September and his release clause was set at over $600 million,  Los Blancos could demand more than $100 million if he does ask to leave them.

Liverpool are the second highest scoring teams in England at the moment and that comes with a big price. With the Reds failing to win trophies, their star performers have become targets of big European teams who are accustomed to winning major honours. However, Liverpool will not allow any of their star players to leave Anfield without a fight, and they are prepared to dismantle their wage structure to keep their star men as they look to win the Premier League title soon. The Reds are reportedly planning to offer Mohamed Salah and Emre Can new deals worth over 200,000 pounds per week to keep them both happy at Anfield. Can has under six months left on his current Liverpool contract and he could walk free after this season after rejecting the Red’s previous contract offers, but Liverpool are prepared to make the German their first 200k a week star. Salah has had a stunning first season for the Reds and he is in line to win the Premier League’s golden boot at the end of this season, his performances has attracted the attention of the likes of Real Madrid and other top European teams. Liverpool hopes to offer him a new deal worth in excess of 200k a week to reflect his latest form.

Bayern Munich are bracing themselves for a battle to keep hold of their star attacker Robert Lewandoski next summer as the Pole looks to play for another big European side. Lewandoski has been in fine form for Bayern over the past few seasons after he joined them from rivals Borussia Dortmund, but he recently changed his agent to the notorious Pini Zahavi as he looks to sign for another top European side. Bayern Munich do not want to sell and they don’t need to, but the Bavarians are bracing themselves for the worst and they would find it hard to turn down a big money offer for the 30 years old. According to Marca via Sun Sport, however, Bayern Munich has identified Tottenham’s Harry Kane as a possible replacement for Lewandoski and they would try to sign him when the Polish attacker leaves them. They also want RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner and they consider the German an easier option to get, but they would only move for Werner when they cannot get Kane. Kane would likely cost them in excess of 0 million if he continues his impressive form in front of goal.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to walk out on Manchester United this week to start a  new life in the American Major League Soccer. The 36 years old Swede has struggled for form and fitness this season, featuring in just 6 games for Jose Mourinho’side so far. He has, however, not featured for the Red Devils since their 2-2 draw against Burnley on Boxing Day. He has been touted to leave the Red Devils at the end of this season for the MLS, however, with just four months left on his current deal, Jose Mourinho has told him he can leave if he wants to. His preferred choice of MLS team is the Los Angeles Galaxy and he has been in talks with them for the past couple of months, terms have reportedly been agreed already and the Galaxy whose season has already started can’t wait for him to start playing for them. Ibrahimovic netted 28 goals in 36 games for United last season and led them to victory in the Europa League that saw them qualify for the Champions League group stage. His departure means Mourinho would be looking to sign a new attacker to take his place at the end of this season.

Arsenal are preparing for a major overhaul this summer even if they manage to still qualify for the UEFA Champions League at the end of the season. The Gunners missed out on Europe’s biggest competition last season and have already lost the top four spot this season, but they can get back to the Champions League by the end of the season if they can win the Europa League. Some of Arsenal stars are expected to leave at the end of this season and replacements have already been lined up. According to Sun Sport, one player that the Gunners have in mind is RB Leipzig’s, Emil Forsberg. The Swede has attracted the attention of Europe’s biggest teams since the end of last season, and the Gunners had an offer for his signature rejected outrightly by the Germans in January. Forsberg is said to have been angry at Leipzig denying him the chance to join the Gunners as he has hopes of playing in the Premier League in the near future. Arsenal could still find it hard to get their man when the season ends as Leipzig are preparing to keep hold of their men as they have already lost Naby Keita to Liverpool.

Phil Jones is a target of Everton Manager, Sam Allardyce ahead of next summer’s transfer window. The England defender has been underperforming this season and he has come under increased scrutiny from the club’s fans so far. Jose Mourinho also appears to have become fed up with the England defender alongside Chris Smalling and he is looking at selling the two of them next summer. Jones has not been named in the matchday squad for the last couple of matches with Chris Smalling and Eric Bailey Mourinho’s preferred choice so far. Allardyce has been having problems with his defence also and he rates Jones very high. The former Crystal Palace manager has been unimpressed by the form of Micheal Keane and Ashley Williams so far, and he has already planned a summer spending spree to strengthen his defence. However, a move for the England man would depend on whether Allardyce would still remain at the helm when the season ends. His team have had an up and down form since the turn of the new year and he could be axed if they fail to qualify for the Europa League at least by the end of the season.

Arsenal fans would be wondering what happened to their team on Thursday as they outplayed AC Milan at the San Siro to run out 2-0 winners in their last Europa League match. This win came after the Gunners went on a run of four consecutive losses including back to back 3-0 losses against Manchester City and a shock 2-1 loss to Brighton the last time out. They are currently 6th on the league table, 14 points off the top four, and Burnley are only 5 points away from them. The Gunners have won only 5 games this year, but they have a good record at home where they have lost only twice all season. Watford faces a huge task in getting a win from the Emirates as the Gunners have only lost to teams above them, the Hornets have not been impressive away from home and their home form is the reason they are not in relegation trouble at the moment. They have 5 wins and 3 losses from their last 10 games in all competitions, however, their wins have all come on home soil and they are winless in their last 7 away games, losing 6 of them. They have won 3 and lost 4 of their last 7 games against Arsenal.
