Juventus were hoping to end their Champions League final misery in the last Champions League final against Real Madrid, while Los Blancos were looking to be the first team in this era to defend the competition. Juventus started their season poorly, but they have recovered well to remain unbeaten in their last 25 games in all competitions, more impressively, they have won 21 of those matches and they would be looking to get another win here to improve their chances of ending this season with the league, cup and Champions League treble.

Sevilla has been named “giant killers” for the way they eliminated Manchester United in the Champions League at the last round, but the Spaniards are being underrated as they actually outplayed the Red Devils over the two legs in that game.
They are the minnows of this round, but they know that Bayern Munich would be a tougher opponent to play against.
Their last game against Barcelona was a good show of how stubborn they can be as they were almost running out 2-0 victors before Lionel Messi inspired Barcelona to a 2-2 draw at the very death.
They have won 3, lost 3 and drawn 2 of their last 8 games, and they have two losses at home from those games, one of which was a 5-2 loss to Atletico Madrid.
