England striker, Harry Kane insists he is focused on helping Tottenham at the moment despite an important interest in his signature from Bayern Munich. The striker is one of the best forwards in the world and he was close to joining Manchester City last season after they tabled a record-breaking offer to Spurs. However, the Londoners rejected the approach despite him openly declaring he wants out of the club and pushing to make it happen. Spurs have him on a deal until 2024 and it remains unclear if he would sign an extension to his current terms, but Kane is not thinking about leaving the club. Speaking about his future recently, the World Cup Golden Boot winner said via Matchplug: ‘I’m focusing on Tottenham Hotspur and trying to do our best. ‘For sure Bayern are a top, top club but all my concentration is on Tottenham and trying to win tomorrow night. ‘ 

Liverpool has suffered from several injuries this season after nearly winning four trophies last term. The Reds have been hit hard by injuries to key players as they bid to rescue their season and it could force them into the market for a new player. One position they have suffered the most is midfield where the likes of Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara, among others have all missed huge parts of the season. They signed Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus to help ease the problem in that position, but the Brazilian is now injured for at least three months. Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot is attracting the attention of Barcelona as he nears the end of his contract at Old Trafford. The defender has been the first choice under Erik Ten Hag and he wants to remain in England, but his contract expires at the end of this season. This has opened the door for another club to add him to their squad and Barca has an interest in his signature now. Dalot wants to stay, but he would not hesitate to accept an offer from another club if United continues to ignore adding him to their squad.

Arsenal star, Gabriel Martinelli, has revealed he wants to remain at the Emirates with the Gunners and he is in contract talks with the club. The Brazilian has been in fine form at the start of the season and that has been one of the reasons the Gunners are at the top of the league table. His current deal expires at Arsenal expires in 2024 and several teams would pounce to add him to their squad. His form and fitness mean he should be one of the highest-paid players at the Emirates now, but that is not the case and there have been talks that he could leave. However, the Brazilian is enjoying life in North London and insists he will sign a new contract. He said via Matchplug: ‘Of course, I want to stay. We are talking. Let’s see what is going to happen. The Blues wanted to sign the Portuguese attacker in the last transfer window, but they couldn’t secure an agreement with the Italian club. Milan held on to him because he is a key player for them and one of the reasons they won the Serie A title last season. He continues to show brilliant form for them and Chelsea has continued to circle, an act that might eventually benefit them. The Blues have been signing some of the best young players around to their squad and Leao is one man they believe should be on their team. The report claims they might have to pay as much as £87m for his signature if they are serious about adding him to their squad. He has a long contract at Milan and they only sell him for a high fee, which they hope will eventually discourage Chelsea.

Former Liverpool man, Jamie Carragher has heaped praises on William Saliba and Gabriel Jesus and he believes they are the players who have helped Arsenal become a stronger team. The Gunners are at the top of the Premier League table and they confirmed they were serious title challengers with a 3-1 win against Tottenham at the weekend. This Arsenal team is much stronger than the one we have seen in recent times and they are now genuine title challengers. It is hard to find a weakness in them, but just a season ago, they were not this strong and Spurs beat them to the top four spot. However, they bolstered their squad in the last transfer window and two players have stood out since this campaign, according to Carragher. The attacker plays for Shakhtar Donestk now and he has been likened to Brazil and PSG superstar Neymar for his skilful and flamboyant style. He delivered a man-of-the-match performance against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu last season and caught the attention of several top European clubs. He has continued to develop well at his present club and it is only a matter of time before he joins a bigger club. The winger has flirted with the idea of playing in the Premier League in several interviews and it seems Newcastle United will answer his come-and-get-me plea. The report reveals they will look to add the Ukrainian to their squad as soon as the transfer window reopens in January.

Borussia Dortmund is plotting a summer move for Naby Keita as the midfielder considers his future at Liverpool. The Guinean has been one of the finest midfielders in the Premier League when he plays, but that doesn’t happen often and he could leave the Reds as a free agent in the summer.
