PSG confirms contract talks with Lionel Messi

Paris Saint-Germain football director Luis Campos, has confirmed that his club is talking with Lionel Messi regarding a contract extension at the Parc des Princes. The Argentina international has less than one year left on his current PSG deal and is attracting interest from several clubs. However, his current side PSG remain hopeful of tying him down to a new contract. The Ligue 1 champions opened talks with the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner shortly after he returned to Paris from the World Cup finals in Qatar. But no terms have been agreed as yet, amid rumours that the 35-year-old is delaying discussions so that he can weigh his options. Bernado Silva eager to leave Manchester City this summer

Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva has reportedly asked his club to allow him to leave this summer. The Portugal international has been the subject of speculation since last July and could have joined Barcelona last summer. But City were not interested in selling the player and held firm despite strong pressure from Barcelona. PSG blame Chelsea for Hakim Ziyech’s failed loan deal

Paris Saint-Germain manager Christophe Galtier has blamed Chelsea for his side’s failure to sign Hakim Ziyech on loan on the last day of the January transfer window.
