Real Madrid offer Eden Hazard for Harry Kane

Real Madrid reportedly wants to sign Tottenham hitman Harry Kane and are ready to add Eden Hazard to the package that will bring the English striker to the Santiago Bernabeu.  This is according to a report by Spanish outlet Cadena Ser, which claims that Los Blancos have been offered the chance to sign Kane, with the club considering the option. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wants to sell Kane this season at a price to avoid losing him for free next summer and wants to sell him to a non-Premier League club. Yet, they have found a way to fund the deal by adding Eden Hazard.  The Belgian is out of favour at the Santiago Bernabeu, and Madrid will be willing to offload him this summer. Chelsea Women have had a successful season, having won the Women’s FA Cup and are on course to win the WSL title. But their men’s team have nothing to celebrate, so the club felt there was no point holding a ceremony. Instead, they will hand out awards for men’s player of the season, academy player of the season and goal of the season before their final home match against Newcastle on Sunday. This will be the fourth consecutive year the club have not held an in-person awards ceremony. Last season’s event was cancelled because of the sanctions placed on previous owner Roman Abramovich, while the Covid-19 pandemic prevented the club from hosting an awards ceremony in 2020 and 2021.
