Kevin Love and Bam Adebayo stoke beef in Miami Heat after heated IG exchange

Kevin Love got into a heated altercation with his new teammate Bam Adebayo after he arrived at Miami Heat. Skilled shooter Kevin Love is recognized for his excellent marksmanship since he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and now he has gone to share that talent with Miami Heat.  After the news was announced, Love made an Instagram post confirming that he was a new Miami player. As fans already know, Bam Adebayo is currently a player with the Heat and wanted to welcome Love to the team properly. Adebayo’s comment was NSFW but that only meant that he and Kevin get on well. Hoop Central reported on the interaction that entertained fans with their responses. Bam Adebayo is known to get creative with his banter, which he does with his other teammates, so, he didn’t waste time in telling Kevin to ‘make some fucking shots’. To which Love responded: “You better create some fucking space,” accompanied by flipping hand emojis. It’s clear to see that these two Heat players are going to have lots of fun in Miami and take over the Eastern Conference. This is because presently, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics seem like the only teams that are dominating this division. Miami and Chicago Bulls need to step up their game and reassure fans that they too have something to offer. There is no doubt that Miami will make good use of Kevin Love. During the 2022-23 season, Heat struggled badly at the start of the season but now sit at a 32-27 record. They are just half a game away from becoming the sixth position in the Eastern Conference standings. The idea behind their hiring this veteran player is that Love will help them with their shooting and rebounds too. But, he is a far cry from the player he was although he still has some good games in him. Bam Adebayo’s comment was also a test to get him fired up for playing for the Miami Heat after he got his buyout from the Cavaliers. NCAAB: Arkansas Razorbacks vs Alabama Crimson Tide Predictions Tonight

The Arkansas Razorbacks VS Alabama Crimson Tide matchup has two paths for the teams. On one hand, the Razorbacks get the ultimate opportunity to give their March Madness resume a huge shot in the arm this Saturday as they face off against the Crimson Tide on the road. Will Arkansas defeat Alabama in Tuscaloosa? Or will the Crimson Tide sweep away the Razorbacks? Keep reading this betting preview by MatchPlug for everything you need to know about the game between Razorbacks and Crimson Tide. It has the Basketball Predictions, picks, and odds for today’s matchup. Predictions and Betting Preview for Arkansas Razorbacks VS Alabama Crimson Tide Venue: Coleman Coliseum, Tuscaloosa, Alabama When: Saturday, February 25th, 2023 Time: 11:00 GMT Teams to play: Razorbacks and Crimson Tide Picks: SPREAD -7.5 Odds as seen on 1XBet and BetMGM Betting On Arkansas Razorbacks Season record: 19-9 1XBet Spread: +7.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 152.5 1XBet Moneyline: 3.76 BetMGM Spread: +8.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Over 151.5 The Arkansas Razorbacks are should play some of the best games they’ve ever done this season if they hope to secure an upset win against the Crimson Tide today. Arkansas were not close to completing this challenge last January at home when they lost to Alabama, 84-69. But, in the games that followed, Arkansas showed that they shouldn’t be taken for granted even by a strong team like Alabama. They scored shots against the Texas A&M Aggies, Kentucky Wildcats, and Florida Gators after their loss to the Crimson Tide. The Razorbacks’ defense can mess up their opponent’s flow for the whole game, as they rank top 20 in the country when it comes to adjusted defensive efficiency and top 25 in opponents’ eFG. The Under is 3-1 in Arkansas’ last four games on the road. Betting On The Alabama Crimson Tide Season record: 24-4 1XBet Spread: -7.5 1XBet Over/Under: Under 152.5 1XBet Moneyline: 1.288 BetMGM Spread: -8.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Under 151.5 Alabama has been noticeably great this season and is arguably the best team in the whole of Division I basketball presently, despite their loss to the Tennessee Volunteers (68-59) in Knoxville last week Wednesday. The Crimson tide gets recognized for its impressive balance on both ends of the course. They are great on offense and defense. The Crimson Tide are top 15 in the USA in adjusted offensive efficiency and top 10 in adjusted defensive efficiency. The first time they met with Arkansas, they shot 54.6 eFG% and held the Razorbacks to just 44.3 eFG%. Alabama went 9/20 from deep, while Arkansas made only two of 10 attempts from the back of the arc, in large part as the Crimson Tide’s defense didn’t give them space to breathe. The Crimson Tide are 6-1 ATS in their past seven home games. MatchPlug Prediction Alabama can watch out for a redoubled effort today from Arkansas, but they won’t fold. The Crimson Tide will find a way to cut through the Razorbacks’ defense at the beginning of the game and force turnovers for transition baskets to build a large lead in the first half. Final Prediction: Alabama spread. Related Preview: NBA Expert Picks: Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Pistons Predictions Tonight

NCAAB: Purdue Boilermakers VS Ohio State Buckeyes Predictions Tonight

Today’s Purdue Boilermakers VS Ohio State Buckeyes game brings to mind that one time on January 5th when the Buckeyes almost pulled an offset against the Boilermakers in Columbus. The Buckeyes were on the verge of becoming sleepers to make a deep run next month, but since then everything has gone haywire. Ohio hasn’t won a single game since January 21st; they are 11-5 and are a shoo-in having their worst season since the 2003-2004 campaign. Purdue on the other hand will want to use this game as an opportunity to make a comeback after losing to Northwestern and Maryland. A further breakdown of this game by MatchPlug can be found below. We also included some Basketball Predictions and Best Betting Tips Today for the Boilermakers vs Buckeyes match. Related: NCAAB: Central Florida Golden Knights VS Cincinnati Bearcats Predictions Tonight Predictions and Betting Preview for Purdue Boilermakers VS Ohio State Buckeyes Venue: Mackey Arena, West Lafayette, Indiana When: Sunday, February 19th, 2023 Time: 19:02 GMT Teams to play: Boilermakers and Buckeyes Picks: UNDER 138.5 Odds as seen on 1XBet. and BetMGM. Betting On The Purdue Boilermakers Season record: 1XBet Spread: -12.5 1XBet Over/Under: Under 138.5 1XBet Moneyline: 1.11 BetMGM Spread: -12.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Under 139.5 Zach Edey, who is the expected player of the year, has done nothing but play exceptionally for Purdue. Without his influence, the Boilermakers won’t even get a shot at the NIT Tournament. Edey’s numbers are great, but experts still think this team’s strength is overrated. First, Purdue has a -12.80 record luck per Shot Quality. This is after they’ve lost their last two games, so, the numbers suggest they are close to regression. If Edey takes a night off, the Boilermakers should get ready to exit the tournament by March. However, focusing on tonight’s matchup, there are some advantages Purdue brings to the game – the team is 10th in offensive efficiency and 25th in defensive efficiency. Furthermore, Mason Gillis and Fletcher Loyer also boost the team’s winnings. Additionally, the Boilermakers make their free throws; they are 41st in FT%, so utilising the charity stripe has helped them in close contests. With the Buckeyes not being fantastic on defense, Purdue may make a comeback and dominate the offensive end of the court. Betting On The Ohio State Buckeyes Season record: 1XBet Spread: +12.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 138.5 1XBet Moneyline: 6.60 BetMGM Spread: +12.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Over 139.5 The numbers show that Ohio State is overdue for some positive regression even if its metrics have been bad over the last month. In Shot Quality, Ohio has a +12.46 record luck, suggesting a 2-3 additional win for them. This isn’t much of a shocker, especially since the Buckeyes are 25th in adjusted offensive efficiency. One edge the Buckeyes have in today’s matchup is that they have the required size and athleticism for going toe-to-toe with the Boilermakers. Their offensive strategy revolves around its exceptional forwards – Brice Sensabaugh, Zed Key and Justice Sueing. The Buckeyes’ strength in grabbing offensive rebounds will be vital in this game, as they rank 49th in the country in securing second-chance opportunities. They will try to trap the Boilermakers any chance they get and get Edey into committing a foul too. MatchPlug Prediction The lines opening at Purdue -12.5 isn’t much of a surprise; especially since Ohio has settled into their losing streak and doesn’t seem to be showing any chances of ending it. This is a good opportunity for the Boilermakers, but some experts are taking this game over. Additionally, the Buckeyes may surprise everyone and bring a redoubled effort into the game. Extra odds and picks for Boilermakers VS Buckeyes can be found at 1XBet. More From The NCAAB: NCAAB: Detroit Mercy Titans VS IUPUI Jaguars Predictions Tonight

Betting On The Detroit Mercy Titans Season record: 12-16 1XBet Spread: -17.5 1XBet Over/Under: Under 139.5 1XBet Moneyline: 1.05 BetMGM Spread: -17.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Under 150.5 The Detroit Mercy Titans kicked off the year with an 8-12 run through 20 matches. Into the next seven, they went 3-4, losing to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, Robert Morris Colonials, Youngstown State Penguins and Milwaukee Panthers. They won over Cleveland State Vikings, Fort Wayne Mastodons, and Green Bay Phoenix. In their Friday match against the Grizzlies, the Mercy Titans moved to a 47-34 halftime edge. They kept it up with a 49-40 run from there and won easily 96-74. Antoine Davis delivered 30 points and Gerald Liddell doubled up on 13 points and 18 boards in the victory. Betting On The IUPUI Jaguars Season record: 4-24 1XBet Spread: +17.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 139.5 1XBet Moneyline: 13.00 BetMGM Spread: +17.5 BetMGM Over/Under: Over 150.5 The IUPUI Jaguars have had a tough year. They defeated Franklin, Spalding, and Texas A&M-Commerce early this season, then didn’t win any other match until February 4th versus the Green Bay Phonenix. The Jaguars have lost to Wright State Raiders, Northern Kentucky Norse and Oakland Golden Grizzlies since that time. In the matchup on Wednesday when they played against the Golden Grizzlies, the Jaguars were in two points at the break. They possessed a strong second-half effort but were short 85-81. DJ Jackson headed the team with 23 points and four rebounds in the loss. MatchPlug Prediction The IUPUI Jaguars may not have had enough great moments this season, but recently they made a good effort against Oakland and are trying with their scoring. Jaguars have 68 points or more in eight of their past 9 games. Detroit and IUPUI met back on January 21 in an 89-77 Mercy Titans win at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Jaguars conceded 50 points in the second half then, so they’ll need to play a complete game for today’s rematch. Find more odds for Mercy Titans and Jaguars on 1XBet and BetMGM.

NCAAB: Central Florida Golden Knights VS Cincinnati Bearcats Predictions Tonight

The Central Florida Golden Knights VS Cincinnati Bearcats game is another matchup for the NCAAB’s weekend college basketball action this Sunday. This match between the Golden Knights and Bearcats is between one strong team (Cincinnati) and a team with a weaker play (Golden Knights) which experts have picked as the favourite for today’s game. Read MatchPlug’s preview, the picks, and the Best Betting Tips Today for Golden Knights VS Bearcats. Related: NCAAB: Detroit Mercy Titans VS IUPUI Jaguars Predictions Tonight Predictions and Betting Preview for Central Florida Golden Knights VS Cincinnati Bearcats Venue: Addition Financial Arena, Orlando When: Sunday, February 19th, 2023 Time: 9:00 GMT Teams to play: Golden Knights and Cincinnati Bearcats Picks: SPREAD -3.5 Odds as seen on 1XBet. Betting On The Central Florida Golden Knights Season record: 15-10 1XBet Spread: -3.5 1XBet Over/Under: Under 137.5 1XBet Moneyline: 1.59 The Central Florida Golden Knights will face the Bearcats with their overall 15-10 season record. So far in this campaign, UCF has played 17 games at home to get a 12-5 record. Oddsmakers currently have the Golden Knights as the -3.5 favourites. They have been favoured 15 times and went 11-4 straight up. Taylor Hendricks will attend today’s game as Florida’s leading scorer at 14.92 points per contest. He is not just a vital piece in the Knights’ scoring efforts, but he is also their top rebounder at 6.76 board per contest. Besides Hendricks, the team also has C.J. Kelly’s talent who is number 2 on the team in scoring at 12.16 points per game. Overall, Kelly has hit 41.8% of his shots and is adding 3.68 boards per game. UCF has had a hard time with their offensive line this season, currently ranking 243rd in college basketball at 69.8 points per game. One major reason for their low-scoring totals is that they play at an average pace, and struggled with knocking down outside shots. The Knights’ 3-point shooting percentage sits at only 35.0% placing them 187th in the NCAA. Betting On The Cincinnati Bearcats Season record: 17-10 1XBet Spread: +3.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 137.5 1XBet Moneyline: 2.52 The Cincinnati Bearcats go toe-to-toe with the Knights, boasting a 17-10 overall record. This season, the Bearcats have played 8 games on the road, with a 3-5 record. They have been the underdog in 6 games, sitting with a 0-6 mark. For Today’s game, the oddsmakers have the lines set for the Bearcats at +3.5 underdogs. Cincinnati should be expecting another powerful performance from the team’s leading scorer Landers Nolley II who averages 16.19 points per game for the Bearcats. Nolley also plays a role in the team scoring on the perimeter. So far, he leads the team in 3-point shots made. David DeJuilius is another player who is important to Cincinnati’s offensive game plan. DeJuilius hit 44.1% of his field goal attempts on his way to averaging 14.3 points per game. The Bearcats too have struggled with their offensive production this season; currently ranking 254th in college basketball at 69.4 points per game. The main reason for the team’s poor scoring totals is that they too play at a below-average pace and can’t knock down outside shots. As a team, Cincinnati’s 3-point shooting percentage sits at only 31.5% earning them the 388th spot in the NCAA. MatchPlug Prediction If you intend to bet on this game between the Central Florida Golden Knights and the Cincinnati Bengals, experts have gone on to give a model that recommends taking the Knights as -3.5 favourites on the road. While both teams will play to get up their shots from outside, fans will see the Knights try to keep the Bearcats away from their net. You can lock in a bet on the Knights to win the game and cover the spread before tip-off. More Basketball Predictions for this game are available on 1XBet. LeBron James Emerges First Player To Score 40 Against All 30 Teams

LeBron James is making history on his way to getting an all-time scoring record. After his 46-point performance against the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday, Lakers’ LeBron James is now 178 points away from passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the NBA’s all-time scoring leader. See: Shannon Sharpe Sparks Halftime Altercation With Memphis Grizzlies As this historic moment edges closer with every game – a look at LeBron’s current scoring average (30.2 ppg), puts him on pace to pass Kareem on February 4th against New Orleans. King James included another feather to his cap on Tuesday, becoming the first NBA player to score 40 points against all of the league’s 30 franchises. However, this is not the first time LeBron has pulled off a feat like this; in November 2019, he became the first player in the NBA to record a triple-double against all 30 teams. His teammate Russell Westbrook joined him two months later. LeBron ended Tuesday’s game with 46 points on 16-of-29 shooting from the field while making a career-high nine 3-pointers in 14 attempts. His ninth triple of the game cut what was previously a 21-point fourth-quarter lead for the Clippers down to 10 with 6:46 to play, capping off a 15-point scoring burst from LeBron in over four minutes of game time as he made three 3-pointers, a pair of free throws and dunks, The Clippers had LeBron scoreless the rest of the way and outscored the Lakers 20-12 to finish the game, securing a 133-115 win. What LeBron James did on Tuesday, was his 73rd career regular season game with at least 40 points; he has another 28 on his playoff resume and his first against the Clippers in 41 games played. LA Clippers have tied down LeBron to his second-lowest scoring average against any opponent at 24.6 points per game; only the Detroit Pistons have not given up to James, allowing only 24.1 ppg in 61 career games. Although the Clippers allowed a 40+ point game to LeBron, they won the match, extending their winning streak over the Lakers to 10 in a row in this intracity rivalry. James losing while still scoring up to 40 points is rare; after Tuesday’s match, the Lakers are now 60-13 (.822) when scoring at least 40 points. This was UCLA’s first loss in Pac-12 play this season, and in spite of this, they still sit on top of the conference table. UCLA is considered to be a dangerous squad to play against, mainly because of their ironclad defense which is 9th in the country, allowing only 59.8 points per game. The Bruins put forward a tough defense that forces a high turnover rate for their opponents. UCLA is 10th in the nation with a 22.1% defensive turnover rate and is 3-1 ATS in its last four games. They have won three of their last four games, which is a good comeback from a bad two-game losing stint earlier this month. USC is led by Drew Peterson and Boogie Ellis in scoring this season with 15.6 and 13.9 points respectively. They had some challenges with scoring points when they lost to UCLA, but they seem to have gotten their mojo back since then. Peterson and Ellis share 37 points in their game against the Sun Devils. USC averages 71.3 points per game, allowing 66.4 points per outing and is 3-0 ATS in its last three games. Shannon Sharpe Sparks Halftime Altercation With Memphis Grizzlies

Hall of Fame football player Shannon Sharpe was in a heated courtside argument with Memphis Grizzlies players Ja Morant and Dillion Brooks, and Morant’s father at the end of the first half of Friday night game between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Lakers. Sharpe exchanged words with Brooks throughout the first half and then yelled at Morant during the final possession of the second quarter. When the halftime buzzer sounded, Brooks yelled at Sharpe who moved toward Brooks. Read: San Antonio Spurs Break NBA Regular Season Game Attendance Record Morant was walking toward Sharpe at his courtside seat before Steven Adams stepped in front of him. Ja Morant’s father, Tee Morant got involved in the conversation too before security separated all of them. Sharpe, yelled “I bet you won’t!” at Tee Morant when the guards were breaking things up. Initially, Brooks did not want to comment on their spat, saying: “You can ask him about that. He’s the blogger or whatever he is,” before addressing it later. Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins and Ja Morant did not want to discuss the altercation after the Lakers secured a 122-121 victory and ended the Grizzlies’ 11-game winning streak. Sharpe at halftime when speaking to an ESPN reporter said he was reacting to the Grizzlies’ chatter. “They do all that talking and jockeying and I ain’t about that jockeying.” He said. “It started with Dillion Brooks. I said he was too small to guard LeBron.” The former football player said Brooks swore at him, and he swore back. Brooks said that was not the case and that he told Sharpe that James missed the shot.
