Bayern Munich defenders Matthijs and Noussair are in Manchester today.
Bayern have received an offer on behalf of centre-half De Ligt and fullback Mazraoui.
They are now scheduled for their medicals in Manchester and will sign United contracts this afternoon.
Matthijs and Noussair will join the Red Devils for a combined fee of £60m.
