Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has moved closer to a sensational return to the Premier League next season, after reportedly reaching an agreement with Real Madrid.
Bale’s time in Madrid has been hampered by consistent injuries and Los Blancos look to have given up on him.
The winger is high on Jose Mourinho’s transfer list and may join the Red Devils as early as January, if they can meet Real Madrid’s asking price.
According to reports in the Spanish media, Bale whose season has been disrupted by injury again has reach an agreement with Real Madrid to leave the Spanish capital next summer.
Per the reports, Bale and his agent Jonathan Barnett met with Florentino Perez last week and agreed he can leave next summer.
Perez would like to get at least 70% of the world record fee he paid for Bale in 2013.
Manchester United and his former club Tottenham are the only two teams who have declared interest in him so far, but his transfer fee may prove to be too much for Spurs.
Bale has played only ten games for Real Madrid this season.
