Celtic have collected their first trophy of the season as they look to win a treble treble of domestic trophies by the end of this season. They would now turn their attention towards removing Rangers at the top of the league table as they are currently a point behind Steven Gerard’s men although they have a game in hand.
Celtic have struggled to get wins away from home this season, but they have recently improved on that which could be helpful to them as the season progresses. They have impressively kept a clean sheet in 7 of their last 8 games and Motherwell should be looking to spoil that as the Hoops haven’t won on their last two visits to Fir Park.
Motherwell are doing everything they can to get all three points when they play at home. They have recently beaten Aberdeen 3-0 at Fir Park and they would hope that they can another very big win when Celtic come to town, but they know that would be one of the biggest tasks they would face this season.
