Before the break RB Leipzig achieved their 4th win for the season. The Red Bulls faced Heidenheim away from home and one goal was enough for a 1-0 win. The Belgian international Lois Openda scored the winning goal after the halftime break. He was assisted by Antonio Nusa and put the ball in the net. It was Openda’s 4th goal in six matches played. Certainly he’s doing a pretty good job and he’s one of Leipzig’s main players at the moment.
And while Openda shines, Benjamin Sesko could do a little bit better. The Slovenian striker is highly-rated, but so far he has scored just twice in the league. It’s up to him to win himself a move to some of the European giants, but he needs some more focused effort.
Xavi Simons is another player who is crucial for Leipzig. The Dutch international is just 21-years old, too, but he’s playing like an experienced player already. Xavi is one of the creative forces in RB Leipzig’s team and he’s a dangerous one.
