They head to Old Trafford at the weekend as they look to take over the 2nd position from Manchester United, so Jurgen Klopp could rest some of his star men in this game and give opportunities to the likes of Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne.
Porto are also not a bad side as the first leg’s results would suggest as they have gone on to win their next 4 games since the loss to Liverpool, scoring 15 times in the process.
They face a major hurdle in their bid to beat Liverpool in this game as they have not been fantastic in Europe away from home. They conceded 3 goals at Liepzig in the group stages and have won only 1 of their last 5 away games in the competition.
With Liverpool scoring at will, this game looks likely to end in another home win for the Reds even if Klopp rests his star men.
