For Florida Panthers defenseman Gustav Forsling, Stanley Cup celebrations turned into a family affair in Fort Lauderdale this weekend.
In a video shared by the team, Forsling’s young son Bo stole the spotlight by raising a miniature version of the Cup as his father hoisted the real thing. Cheers rang out as the youngster mimicked the champion’s pose, drawing as much applause as the trophy itself.
Forsling, part of the Panthers’ back-to-back title-winning sides, also took the Cup out on the water, lifting it high above his head as his son watched on.
