Wayne Rooney to leave MLS because of Tom Brady

Ex-Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney is reportedly thinking about going back to England with Birmingham City, and his friend and minority owner of the team, Tom Brady, is the reason for this decision. Rooney, who is presently the DC United coach in the MLS, is reportedly showing interest in the project being created by Birmingham City’s new mangement in the English second division, known as the Championship. The expert is regarded as a global figure in the soccer world and can bring big names ot the club, with the vision of taking Birmingham City back to the Premier League in the near future. Brady, who won seven Super Bowl rings and one of the greatest names to ever grace the NFL, is constantly in contact with Rooney and is said to be the one facilitating the potential move. There is a chance that Rooney will return to England if he got the right opportunity. Working with Birmingham City would also mean that Rooney and his family go back to their exquisite Chesire mansion, valued at more than 20 million, once they have completed their time in the United States. Birmingham, presently managed by John Eustace, made a great start in the Championship, sitting fourth in the table thanks to three wins and two draws. Rooney had planned to be a manage for another English club after his time with DC United in MLS. Reports state he is frustrated by the lack of communication with the American club’s owners over making a new offer, as his contract expires in December. While speaking recently, Wayne Rooney aired his frustration at the lack of communication from the club about his future and hammered on the need to plan for the next season properly. “I’m a bit disappointed and frustrated that there has been no contact for two months,” said Rooney. “I asked about a new deal. We can sit down and talk about it, but I haven’t heard back. “I asked to sit down and talk because we need to move forward with planning for next season and that’s frustrating because I’d rather know what the plan is anyway because we need to plan for next season. We need to do it sooner rather than later.” A return to England, courtesy for Brady and Birmingham City, may signify a new chapter in Rooney’s career as a coach. neymar will not be moving to the mls

Neymar will not be moving to the MLS in 2023 despite rumours

Amidst rumours and hopes to see Neymar play against or alongside Messi in an official club match for Major League Soccer, it will not happen in 2023. MLS regulations bar the actualization of reports that places the Brazilian footballer in the American League this August. “While it’s true that in the MLS, free agents can still be signed… however, in order to sign them, they would have had to be free agents before the end of the MLS window,” says Manuel Vaquero. That deadline was August 2 and it has already passed. “Neymar playing in the MLS in 2023 is impossible,” Vaquero adds. Even if he arrives through a transfer. The deadline for registering players has also passed. Therefore, the conclusion is clear: there’s no room for the former Barcelona player in the American League before December 31. That is, of course, unless there’s a modification of the regulations by the MLS (which usually occurs in the offseason). However, they could sign him “and loan him to a team for six months, so he could play in 2024.” This is the advice given by the Spanish analyst. But, Neymar and PSG are still searching for a suitable solution for both the club and the player’s future. What is sure is that they will not be continuing their relationship. Serie A side reportedly approaches MLS star, Cade Cowell

San Jose Earthquakes winger Cade Cowell is in demand by Serie A clubs.  Cowell is one of the exceptional players of the United State men’s national team, and at 19 he has already made more than 100 appearances in Major League Soccer. This may be the reason why foreign clubs are being to approach him, starting with Bologna FC, which reportedly made the Earthquakes an offer for him. Cowell reaffirms his status as a star talent Cowell’s prowess and potential have been noticeable since he made his debut in the league in 2020; at age 16. In 2021, he scored five goals and assisted five more for San Jose mostly as a substitute and emerged as a full-fledged starter for the 2023 season. While Cade is yet to score a goal in MLS this year, a look at the California-born’s highlight reel puts him forward as someone who should be watched in future. At a group stage contest against Trinidad and Tobago, Cowell scored a Mess-like goal that got national applause; his first one for the USMNT. He added an assist to his five-game Gold Cup tally too. Reports have not yet confirmed if the Earthquakes will accept or refuse Bologna’s offer and it will be a hard decision for San Jose to make. But the more highlight-reel moments of Cade Cowell surfaces, the bigger and better the financial offers to this Major League Soccer club will be. Betting On CF Montreal 1XBet Spread: -1.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 0.5 1XBet Moneyline: 2.144 CF Montreal got back to the winning side after four matches on Sunday, thanks to first-half goals from Kwado Opoku and Chinonso Offor, which helped them clinch a 2-0 home win over Charlotte in the MLS. Although they haven’t played the Pumas before, Montreal has certainly faced Mexican teams 12 times, winning only twice in that time. They have recorded 5 defeats and five matches that ended in draws. They have only one win from their last 5 matces in all competitions. Montreal has failed to score four times in their last seven games and have maintained four clean sheets in that period too. UNAM was knocked out of the contest in the semi-finals last two years and will want to improve on that record this year. This season, 47 other teams will join the Leagues Cup, which contains the 29 MLS teams and 18 Liga MX teams. The Pumas are alongside DC United in Group East 2. The guests have played MLS teams 11 times, recording four wins, five defeats and two draws. MatchPlug Prediction Montreal has lost three of their four matches in July, including two in three games. They could not score in four of their last five matches in all competitions and may struggle tomorrow. They won seven of their last nine home games in all competitions. Meanwhile, UNAM lost only once in their past seven games in every competition and three of their last five games ended in draws. Considering the hosts poor performance in recent outings and poor track record playing Mexican teams, the visitors are expected to secure a close win. Final Prediction: CF Montreal Moneyline.
