Tottenham Hotspur has confirmed the signing of Israeli forward Manor Solomon on a free transfer. Solomon, whose contract at Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk expired in June, has agreed to join the Premier League side on a five-year deal following his fruitful loan spell at Fulham last campaign. David De Gea leaves Manchester United

Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has officially left the Old Trafford club after his contract ran out last month. The Spanish goalkeeper has been at United since 2013 and became the club’s record clean sheet holder this season. Manchester United have reportedly tabled a fresh £43m offer for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana. The Red Devils are looking to sign a new goalkeeper after releasing David de Gea, whose contract expired on July 1. They have made Onana their primary target to fill that position and are discussing with Inter Milan the possibility of signing the Cameroonian. Both men know themselves, and the Cameroonian is thought to be keen on moving to Man United. So, finalising Onana’s personal terms is not expected to be a formality.

Granit Xhaka leaves Arsenal for Bayer Leverkusen

Arsenal have confirmed the departure of Granit Xhakaz, with the midfielder joining German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen for an undisclosed fee. The midfielder spent seven successful years at the Emirates after joining from Borussia Mönchengladbach in May 2016. He made 297 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners, scoring 23 goals and assisting 29 times. Xhaka, who came close to winning the Premier League title last season, won two FA Cup titles and the FA Community Shield twice during his seven seasons at the Emirates. AC Milan has reportedly offered Chelsea $24million for the services of wantaway American winger Christian Pulisic. Pulisic has made it clear to Chelsea that he only wishes to join Milan, who made an opening offer of $15m plus add-ons at the weekend. Manchester United have completed the signing of Mason Mount from Chelsea in a deal worth up to £60million. The England international becomes Manchester United’s first signing after they made him his primary target this summer. The Red Devils will pay £55m plus a possible £5m in add-ons for Mount, who has signed a £250,000-a-week contract at Old Trafford until 2028 with the option of another year.
