Predictions and Betting Preview For Austin FC VS Sporting Kansas City Game 24 Venue: Q2 Stadium, Austin, Texas When: Sunday, July 16th, 2023 Time: 2:30 GMT Teams: Austin and Kansas City. MLS Picks: MONEYLINE 2.085 Odds as provided by 1XBet. Betting On Austin FC 1XBet Spread: -1.5 1XBet Over/Under: Over 3.5 1XBet Moneyline: 2.085 Austin FC has gathered 29 points from 22 MLS matches played so far, which means they are presently in the playoff places, but they won’t reach the top position, since they are 12 points behind St. Louis City who is in first place. Despite this setback, Austin is still on track to have a great season, and their form has gotten better in recent weeks, gathering 10 points in their last five games, defeating Houston Dynamo, Dallas FC and Minnesota United. This team won their last two home games without forfeiting a goal, so they will be happy to be playing at Q2 today, as they have had a patchy form on the road lately, losing to the Vancouver Whitecaps the last time. Austin sank into a 2-1 defeat in Canada, in what was an inspiring peformance, scoring just two shots on target throughout the whole match, a necessary improvement will be needed this week. But, they struggled the last they played against Sporting Kansas City, losing 4-1 in the alternate fixture back in June, despite controlling most of the possession. Possible Lineup: Stuver, Lima, Cascante, Keller, Gallagher, Wolff, Jimenez, Redes, Driussi, Fagundez, Urruti Betting On Sporting Kansas City 1XBet Spread: +1.5 1XBet Over/Under: Under 3.5 1XBet Moneyline: 3.355 Sporting Kansas City somehow became easy winners in the last fixture between the two teams, but their form since then has been disappointing, winner only one of their last six matches. Kansas drew three of those matches, and are unbeaten in July, so there is an upside for them, but they will need more wins, and quickly too if they want to be in the playoffs. They are  presently two points off the playoff spots, but they have played three matches more than the two teams directly above them in the table, and blew a good chance to secure three points the last time. Sporting went in 2-0 up at half-time against Real Salt Lake, with Daniel Salloi and Johnny Russell getting on the scoresheet, but they lost control of the game in the second half, eventually ending 2-2. They have played poorly on the road since this season, not winning away from home since a 2-1 victory at Seattle Sounders at the beginning of May. Possible Lineup: McIntosh, Davis, Rosero, Fontas, Leibold, Thommy, Radoja, Walter, Russell, Saloi, Pulido. MatchPlug Prediction Austin FC have played well at home in recent weeks, winning their last two games at Q2 3-0, and experts expect them to have another easy victory this Saturday. While they lost to Kansas City in April, they are three points above them in the table, even after playing two fewer matches. Final Prediction: Austin FC Moneyline.

PSG to RIVAL Bayern Munich for Harry Kane

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ready to enter the race for the signature of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane. Kane’s future is subject to intense speculation as it has emerged he wants to move to a more competitive club this summer. However, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is playing hardball and is reluctant to sell the player despite two huge bids from Bayern Munich. Read more: Chelsea WANT Rayan Cherki after selling Christian Pulisic  The Bundesliga club believe the 30-year-old wants to join them, and their chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen met with Levy on Thursday. According to Sportsmail, PSG are preparing to make a bid for Kane. Their presence could force the price above the £70m Bayern have offered. The Bavarians insist they will draw the line at a certain point and consider returning in January if Kane commits to joining them. Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel is a huge fan of Kane, but Bayern have been unsuccessful so far in their pursuit of the England captain.  PSG’s interest will no doubt complicate things for the Bundesliga side if they are to seal the deal this summer.  Meanwhile, Manchester United, who are looking to sign Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta now, would also return for Kane next summer if he allows his contract to run his own.

Arsenal Sign Declan Rice for £105m

Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Declan Rice from West Ham in a British record £105 million deal. The England international becomes Arsenal’s second signing of the week following the capture of Jurrien Timber from Arsenal on Friday. West Ham and Arsenal had agreed on a deal over Rice last week. However, the official announcement was delayed because both clubs were still finalising the payment structure, with Arsenal expected to pay an initial £100m and an extra £5m coming in add-ons. Read more: Al-Ahli offer £30m for Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez Rice was one of Europe’s most highly sought players this season, with Bayern Munich and Manchester City all interested.  But the midfielder chose to go to Arsenal, where he will be guaranteed regular game time and more influence in the team. Speaking to Arsenal’s website after completing the deal, Rice said: “I’m so excited – he (Mikel Arteta) speaks for himself. You see how he works – you got a real insight into how he works on the Amazon documentary, how he works with his players and, not only as a coach but psychologically, how good he is with players, how he improves players. He’s a massive factor in the reason why I’ve come here. “I know he’s going to get the best out of me. I know I’ve got more levels to go up in my game, and I feel like he’s the manager to take me to those next levels. I’m really excited to be working with him.”

Chelsea WANT Rayan Cherki after selling Christian Pulisic

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Olympique Lyonnaise attacker Rayan Cherki. The Blues are in the market for a new attacking midfielder this summer following the departure of Mason Mount, and Christian Pulisic and Cherki has emerged as potential target.  The 19-year-old Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge recently following his impressive performances for Lyon. Cherki, who sees his contract at the Groupama Stadium expire in 2025, featured 34 times for Olympique Lyonnais in Ligue 1 last season, contributing ten goals. He has quickly established himself as a key component in Blanc’s starting lineup, and his impressive performances have attracted the interest of Mauricio Pochettino. Read more: Chelsea hold firm on Romelu Lukaku valuation after rejecting initial Inter bid According to reports, Lyon wants €50 million (£42.7million) for Cherki, though Chelsea feels a deal could be done for closer to €40million (£35.2million). But Sportsmail claims that Lyon are in a difficult financial position and would be more willing to sell the teenage sensation abroad rather than strengthen a Ligue 1 rival. Meanwhile, Laurent Blanc has advised Cherki to remain at Olympique Lyonnais for a further year despite interest from Chelsea.  In an interview with French newspaper Le Progres, as quoted by RMC Sport, the 57-year-old said: “OL must say, okay, if these are figures at an impressive level, but on the other hand, at this price (27 million), I tell him to stay one more year in Lyon,” said the 57-year-old. “I’d really mind if he left. It’s the same for Cherki. Especially since we made room for them, it would be a little early, but maybe I’m being a little selfish.”
