Two of Germany’s top four sides last season meet this weekend as Borussia Dortmund looks to get back winning ways here.
Dortmund started their season well but succumbed to a shocking 3-1 loss at Union Berlin just before the International break, so they would be keen to get back to winning ways in this game.
The home side has one of the most talented squads in the Bundesliga and that loss is likely to just be a blip as they welcome Leverkusen here for this game.
The likes of Jadon Sancho and Julian Brandt did well in the international break and their fans would hope that they can bring that form to this game and help them get back to winning ways.
Bayer Leverkusen has finely started their season. They come here after dropping just two points so far and they seat above their host in this game.
Peter Bosz would also be returning to his old stomping ground as he was fired by Dortmund in the 2017/2018 season after he led them to a very good start only for their season to fall apart later in the season.
Julan Brandt would also be facing the team he just left some three months ago and it would be interesting to see how he fairs here.
