European Champions ready to sell star man for the arrival of world’s most expensive player

Real Madrid are set to allow Marco Asensio leave in order to make room for the arrival of Neymar.

Neymar who joined PSG just six months ago is reportedly unhappy at the quality of the French league and would seek to escape after just a season.

Real Madrid are in pole position, with Neymar senior reportedly picture having series of meetings with Florentino Perez recently.

Asensio plays the same position as Neymar – the left side of a front three, and hasn’t been as impressive as he was earlier in the season.

Italian publication, CalcioMercato is claiming that Asensio feels threatened and is currently unsettled at the Spanish capital following the reports linking Neymar to the Bernabeu.

Since the news of Neymar’s unhappiness appeared, Real Madrid have begun to look very closely at Asensio’s performance, and the report claims the board is gradually losing faith in him.

Asensio started this season very well, but his performance has tailed off, which has seen Real Madrid eye a few attacking players to bring in when the transfer window reopens.

Isco could also be sidelined should Neymar make the move back to Spain.

Premier League giants ready to loan out fringe attacker as they look to bring in replacement

Chelsea are ready to allow Michy Batshuayi leave Stamford bridge on-loan in the January transfer window and sign a replacement.

Batshuayi is reportedly keen on joining the Belgian squad to next year’s world cup in Russia, but he knows without regular football, he could be left at home in favour of the likes of Divock Origi and Romelu Lukaku.

The Blues would not stand in his way, and Conte would look to sign a replacement in his position when he does leave.

Batshuayi has fallen way down the perking order this season, and scored just 2 Premier League goals thus far.

He failed to even come off the bench in last weekend’s shock loss to West Ham who are coincidentally one of his admirers and looks set to leave to rebuild his career.

Meanwhile, the Blues manager has reckoned that the title race is over for them as their loss to West Ham was the fourth defeat they has suffered this season.

According to the Italian, if you lose four games after just 16 matches, it is impossible for you to win the league.

Manchester United outcast wants £5 million pay-off

Manchester United full back, Luke Shaw would be interested in leaving Old Trafford if they would offer him a £5 million pay-0ff.

The injury prone full back has lost his first team position and has fallen down the perking order in Jose Mourinho’s team.

The Red Devils are said to be willing to cut their losses on the player whom they signed for then then record £30 million from Southampton.

Several European sides are interested in Shaw, with Newcastle the keener of them.

Rafael Benitez enquired about Shaw earlier in the season, however he was put off by the Red Devil’s £20 million demand although he may return for Shaw in the winter transfer window for a temporary deal.

According to the Sun, Shaw who earns close £7 million per season, has told the club he wants £5 million severance pay to join another side who would not be able to offer him as much as he earns right now.

Per the report, Manchester United are only willing to pay him £2 million.

It remains to be seen if Jose Mourinho would reintegrate him into his first team plans, but the defender could be forced to make a temporary move next month.
