He has been starring for Hamburg’s youth side for a while now and several Premier League scouts who have watched him only have good things to say about him.
Hamburg wanted him to play in their last game against Borussia Dortmund, but they could not field him as he has not signed professional forms with them yet. This has prompted several Premier League sides to take an interest in him.
Arsenal are known for helping youngsters develop into some of the world’s best professionals and they have been selling their reputation to the youngster and his family with hopes that he would make the move to north London.
Chelsea have one of the best youth teams in the world, and although it usually difficult for them to break into the first team, they usually earn higher than some professionals in other leagues.
Manchester City have one of the best academy facilities in the world and Pep Guardiola is hoping that would convince Vagnoman to sign for them.
