Which team will win the finals this year? According to reports on the current futures market, defending champions, Boston Celtics have an implied 24.4% chance of winning the 2024-25 NBA championship.

Additionally, he had some substantial ups and downs last campaign in France. The truth is he would not have gone number one if Alex Sarr had not forced the Hawks’ hands.

4. Alexandre Sarr
Alexandre Sarr was the player most people expected to be the first pick in the draft when the lottery order was determined. When the Hawks got the number one pick, Sarr and his representatives basically decided that he would go to the Washington Wizards. This was a clear enough rationale. The Wizards are not looking to win as they are still rebuilding. As such, they should have more opportunities for Sarr to play next season.

5. Stephon Castle
Stephon gets the last spot on this list, because opportunity is the biggest requirement for early success of NBA rookies.
