Juventus have entered the race for the signature of Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere as the England man continues to negotiate with the Gunners.
Wilshere is into the final 5 months of his current Arsenal contract, but the Gunners are offering him a reduced wage on the new deal they are offering. They argue that his injury history means they cannot guarantee him a higher wage.
The England midfielder has also been linked with a move to Liverpool with the Reds offering to pay him an increase on his current wage and other bonuses.
Wilshere has repeatedly declared his intention to remain a Gunner however, it is unclear if he would accept the Gunner’s revised contract this time. He has, however, made it clear in the past that he is not interested in a move away from the Premier League.
Liverpool’s Emre Can is also on the Italians’ radar and they are reported to have reached an agreement with the German about a move in the summer.
Wilshere has battled back from his injury nightmare to become one of Arsene Wenger’s most important player this season.
