Chelsea seem ready to sell their star midfielder N’Golo Kante after PSG made contact with the Blues and the player’s representatives.
Kante has been a revelation in English football since he joined Leicester City 4 years ago. He helped the Foxes to a shock Premier League trophy win in the 2015/2016 season and won the very next edition at Stamford Bridge. Becoming one of the few players to win the Premier League back to back with different teams.
When asked who he would love to play with at PSG, Kylian Mbappe named Kante as the player he would sign next summer if it was up to him.
According to Mbappe:
“I think he’s a player that would suit our team perfectly.
“He is French, bring back a Frenchman for the attractiveness of our Championship, it would be good.
“I think all the French like N’Golo Kante, and it would be a pleasure to have him in our league.”
However, Kante has maintained that he is not interested in moving away from London just yet even if the Blues fail to secure Champions League football at the end of the season.
