Borussia Dortmund will look to continue their good form when they welcome Freiburg to Signal Iduna Park on Saturday afternoon.

A 2-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen cut the gap between them and Bayern Munich to three points, and they will hope to level that gap at least for one day, as Bayern don’t play until after 24 hours.
Returning to Signal Iduna Park should instil confidence among the Dortmund players, too, given that they have lost just once at home in all competitions this season (W7, D3).

Freiburg are level on points with Dortmund and will also want to climb closer to the top of the table with a win.
However, the visitors possess a dreadful head-to-head record on Dortmund’s territory, winning just once in the last 22 meetings (D3, L18). Christian Streich’s men have also struggled on the road, with just one win in their last six Bundesliga away games (D2, L3).
