Atletico Madrid striker Depay consider France return

Atletico Madrid striker Memphis Depay has said he is open to returning to Ligue 1.

After a challenging time at Manchester United, Depay rebuilt his career and succeeded with Olympique Lyon before moving to Barcelona.

Now settled in Madrid, Depay admits that he could play in France again.

He said: “Right now I’m playing for Atletico Madrid and I’m in the right place. We’ll see what happens in the future.”

Depay’s contract with Atletico is till 2025.
