Premier League runners up Arsenal have accepted an £86 million deal to acquire Viktor Gyokeres this summer.
The Gunners, who were lacking in fire power up front last season, are ready to pull out all the stops in the league title this campaign.
According to Portuguese news outlets on Wednesday night, Arsenal have concluded on a fee with Sporting CP to secure Gyokeres.
The attacker wants to leave Sporting, despite only signing a year ago with them.
Gyokeres wants to play in the Champions League for a top team and intends to win trophies while doing so.
He also believes that he has what it takes to be a regular starter for Arsenal.
