Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace MatchPlug Match Preview Soccer Prediction and Betting Tips

Tottenham would finally open the door to their new stadium after persistent delays since the start of the season.

They are set begin a new era that should see them play Champions League football at their New White Hart Lane, however, results have been tough for them and it looks most likely that they could miss out on the Premier League top four.

They have won none of their last five league games, with four of those matches ending in losses for them. Their 2-1 loss against Burnley last month started a chain of poor results that ended in a 2-1 loss to Liverpool on Sunday.

They are 4th on the league table after Arsenal’s win on Monday and they would need a win here to keep their top four hopes alive.

Crystal Palace would not be an easy ride for the Lilywhites. The Eagles are currently 13th on the league table but they have been solid when they play away from home.

They have lost just one of their last six away matches and they have taken some points off the big sides on their travels, most famously beating Manchester City at the Etihad.

Meanwhile, Spurs have only kept a clean sheet in four of their 14 home league games this season, including just one of their last six. Crystal Palace will understandably feel confident about getting on the scoresheet, but with just one clean sheet in their last eight away games we can’t see them keeping Harry Kane and company out at the other end.
