Arsenal have made a good start under Unai Emery after he was selected to succeed Arsene Wenger last summer, however, they have still failed to compete for the Premier League and a place inside the top still looks a big task for them as well.
They were on a run of 22 games unbeaten which helped them up the league table as well as reached the quarterfinals of the Carabao Cup and knockout stages of the Europa League. But that run came to an end at the weekend when Southampton beat them 3-2 at Saint Marys.
They would be looking to return to winning ways here and having defeated their north London rivals just a couple of weeks back, they would be confidence of eliminating them here as well, but that won’t be an easy job.
Tottenhan fans would be hoping that they can finally end their trophy drought by winning the Carabao Cup this season.
They have made steady progress since Mauricio Pochettino became their manager 4 years ago, but they haven’t been able to win anything despite reaching the latter stages of the EFL and FA Cup as well as qualifying for the Champions League consistently.
They have already been beaten by the Gunners this season and they would hope to reverse that when they return to the Emirates here.
