Veteran footballer, Sergio Ramos has signed to Mexican Club, Monterrey on a one year deal.
The former Real Madrid player and Spanish defender who had been inactive since last season is now a Monterrey Player.
The 38 year old center half who has won a World Cup, two European championships and four champions leagues, had many options presented to him but he had his mind set in Mexico. He was announced officially by the club in a picture posing with the No. 93 on the Monterrey Jersey.
Ramos’ move to Monterrey will likely be a smooth transition as he’ll be joining some of his old Spanish league acquaintances, Lucas Ocampos, Hector Moreno and Jesus Corona.
