Manchester United midfielder keen on joining Premier League rivals

Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan is reportedly reluctant to leave the Premier and wants to join either Tottenham or Arsenal.

The Armenian has struggled to impress Jose Mourinho since he joined the Red Devils from Borussia Dortmund last season.

He started his maiden season poorly, but picked up some form to help the Red Devils win the Europa League and League Cup.

However, this season, his performance has been inconsistent again and Jose Mourinho seems to have given up on him.

The Red Devils had reportedly offered him to his former club, Borussia Dortmund, but the player prefers to remain in the Premier League.

Futnsoccer is reporting that the Red Devils are considering a swap deal with the Gunners that would Mesut Ozil head to Old Trafford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan going the other way.

The reports further claims that the midfielder is baffled by how he is been treated by Jose Mourinho, and he is currently not interested in moving back to Germany.

Borussia Dortmund are preparing a loan offer that would see them sign the attacker permanently next summer.
