\nThe Croatian international came off the bench to score an 86th-minute winner as FC Dallas beat 10-man Houston Dynamo 4-3 at Toyota Stadium on Saturday, sealing a dramatic Texas Derby victory.<\/p>\n
The result came one week after Musa scored a hat trick to salvage a 3-3 draw against San Diego FC.
\n“Musa comes into the game and does what Musa does, gives us a huge lift and goals,” said Dallas head coach Eric Quill.<\/p>\n
The match was a wild ride from start to finish. Dallas jumped ahead early through a Logan Farrington brace, but Houston flipped the game on its head with three goals in four minutes from Guilherme, Erik Sviatchenko and Lawrence Ennali to lead 3-2.<\/p>\n
Dallas responded by bringing on Musa at halftime. He sparked a turnaround, winning a Duane Holmes own goal in the 54th minute to level the score. After Sviatchenko was sent off with a second yellow card, Musa struck for the winner in the 86th minute.
\nThe 4-3 final matched the highest-scoring Texas Derby ever, equaling the result from the first meeting between the clubs back in May 2006.
