AC Milan beat Napoli 2-1 despite playing the final half-hour with 10 men. The victory moves them level on 12 points with Napoli and Roma at the top of Serie A.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Christian Pulisic<\/span><\/a> was key again. The American burst past <\/span>Luca Marianucci<\/b><\/a> and crossed for <\/span>Alexis Saelemaekers<\/b><\/a> \u00a0to score at the back post just three minutes in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Napoli responded. Mike Maignan denied a Miguel Gutierrez header and a curling Scott McTominay strike. Strahinja Pavlovi\u0107 missed with an improvised effort, while Andr\u00e9-Frank Zambo Anguissa blazed over.<\/span><\/p>\n
