According to Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, the incident has been ruled a tragic accident, with no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sperbeck, 62, suffered blunt force trauma after tumbling out of the moving cart on April 26 at The Madison Club golf resort in La Quinta, California. A coroner’s report confirmed the cause and manner of death as accidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019ve looked at video 100 times and there\u2019s no explanation as to why he fell off, he just fell off,\u201d Bianco told KUSA-TV in Denver<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
