Brasier was chosen for the post last week when Los Angeles signed Kirby Yats, but Brasier has been a productive pitcher when in-form in recent seasons. In June 2023, he joined the Dodgers after leaving the Boston Red Sox and delivered a 0.70 ERA with 38 strikeouts over 38 \u2154 innings with Los Angeles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Brasier didn\u2019t perform as well last campaign, pitching a 3.54 ER across 28 innings. He was also absent for more than three months due to a right calf strain. He recorded a career-low 4.5% walk rate, and his 34.8% chase rate was above the league average (28.5%). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brasier spots a 3.85 ERA through 285 \u2153 career innings. He has extensive playoff experience from his six years with the Red Sox, where he won two World Series. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
