Milwaukee Bucks<\/a> forward Khris Middleton made his 2024-25 debut on Friday. Middleton missed the team\u2019s first 21 matches while recovering from offseason surgeries to both ankles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He entered the match halfway through the first quarter of the Bucks\u2019 111-105 loss against the defending NBA champion Boston Celtics<\/a>. Bucks coach Doc Rivers said the three-time All-Star would be on a minutes restriction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Middleton finished with 11 points (2-10 FGs, 1-3 3PM), three rebounds, five assists, two blocks and a steal in 23 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cComing back from this one I wanted to make sure I was all the way ready to come back, be as fresh as I can mentally to be in a good spot because this is a long, grueling season,\u201d Middleton told reporters Friday morning. \u201cI\u2019m going to go through a lot of things during the season, going to get hit, banged up, whatever, to have that mindset that I can still fight through and to keep going.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khris played in only 33 matches in 2022-23 and 55 matches last campaign due to several injuries. He missed Milwaukee\u2019s final 10 playoff games in 2022 due to a sprained medial collateral ligament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
