Arsene Wenger has begun plans to overhaul his underachieving team next summer and the French man has turned his attention to the Italian league for some inspired signings.<\/p>\n

The French man has seen many of his star players fail to convince over the past two seasons and they are in line to miss out on Champions League qualification yet again.<\/p>\n

Despite signing some quality players last month, the Gunners have continued to underachieve and several players have now been targeted to join Mesut Ozil and others.<\/p>\n

Sun Sports is reporting that Wenger has sent scouts to Napoli to watch Lorenzo Insigne and Kalidou Koulibaly.<\/p>\n
