Emery has just led Villa to the Europa Conference League semifinals and put them in the Premier League\u2019s top four.

He does a great job there. He has loads of experience and he has won titles with Sevilla.

“He speaks excellent English. He can then learn German, but all the players can speak English anyway – so I don’t see a language barrier.
