Chelsea<\/a> has entered discussions with Palmeiras over a move for Estevao Willian after Paris Saint-Germain were priced out of a move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blues are negotiating with Palmeira for Willan but his price is an issue.

Estevao’s release clause is set at \u20ac45 million (\u00a339m\/m), but Chelsea would prefer to offer lower than that sum.

They want to pay a fixed fee of \u20ac20 million (\u00a317m\/$21m) with another \u20ac20 million in variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
