AS Roma <\/a>coach Jos\u00e9 Mourinho is excited about Leandro Paredes\u2019 early season form. The midfielder joined the club in August from PSG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mourinho said today, “Leo is a finished product as a player.

He is not an evolving kid, he is mature, I have always liked the offensive phase and now that I work with him I say that I love his way of playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The team with him always has more ball possession than the opponent, he gives an important connection between the defenders and the offensive part.
