Manchester United’s search for a permanent left full-back has taken them to Scotland as they are reportedly keen on Celtic’s\u00a0\u00a0full-back, Kieran Tierney.<\/p>\n
Jose Mourinho has had to alternate between Luke Shaw, Ashley Young, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind in his left back position this season.<\/p>\n
However, the Portuguese\u00a0manager wants a permanent option, and none of the players who have played that position has impressed him enough.<\/p>\n
Tierney is still just 20, but he has so much experience with two full Scottish league seasons under his belt.<\/p>\n
He has played more than 20 games in Europe for Celtic and was very instrumental as they went 69 domestic games unbeaten.<\/p>\n
The Red Devils are also looking to sign Alex Sandro from Juventus, but Jose Mourinho feels Tierney is a cheaper alternative and can also do a great job.<\/p>\n
Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon is also interesting Mourinho,\u00a0 however, Tierney’ experience sees him move ahead of the young English man.<\/p>\n
Tierney recently signed a new deal with Celtic that would see\u00a0him remain with the Scottish Champions until 2023.<\/p>\n
