Atletico Madrid are reportedly looking to poach Barcelona again as they target veteran left-back Jordi Alba this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blaugrana are looking to lower their wage bill this summer to allow them to sign new players, including their former star Lionel Messi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They currently owe Alba around \u20ac38 million of salary due to deferred wages this summer, with his contract at Camp Nou set to expire in 2024. As such, Joan Laporta might either offer the 34-year-old a new deal with a pay cut or offload him this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
