Arsenal are looking to make another surprising move for a Chelsea player next month.<\/p>\n

The Gunners were able to sign Petr Cech in the summer of 2015 as Blues owner Roman Abramovich allowed\u00a0 the Czech Republic to join a direct rival as a reward for his services to them.<\/p>\n

However, that transfer seems to have given the Gunners a rare confidence that they can sign any player from their rival, and they are now targeting David Luiz.<\/p>\n
